TEAMWORK
Our Customer Service Teams meet daily to discuss production scheduling and go over each and every job in process, or soon to be. While one member of your team will be designated as the Production Planner for your project, should your Planner become unavailable for any reason, any member of the team would be able to step in and provide seamless service.

QUALITY
We understand that “Quality” is not defined by our QC Dept., Customer Service, Sales Staff or Management. Quality is defined solely by our CUSTOMERS. Our opinion is of no importance if our customers define their needs differently.

COMPLIANCE
In addition to our own set of CGi Standard Operating Procedures, we maintain separate manuals of customer SOPs, some of which are supplied, and some which we implement in-house to ensure conformance. Our Customer Service Team members follow these SOPs as well as our QC Dept. who pulls samples from each operational process to minimize variation, assure consistency and provide you with the reliable service and high value you’ve come to expect from Contemporary.

CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY
We wouldn’t want our competition to gain access to our trade secrets or innovative processes, so we certainly understand that our clients have the same needs. We appreciate the need for confidentiality in all that we do. Although our employees are held to strict confidentiality agreements, we have the ability to conduct special projects and pack-outs in areas that are further restricted from the gross population of the plant. All plant entries are secured access only, and visitors are not allowed to enter secured areas of the plant without an escort.
